Great features.

This was easy to put up and had lots of options for how the lights behaved. Multiple colours too. It is rather slim in size, but it works well to light up a dark corner of the room.

Les flocons blancs de cet arbre ne sont pas comme ceux de ma jeunesse, ils tombent très facilement école partout les vêtements, les tapis, les divan et sont très difficile à enlever

Perfect Size, Nice Tree, Hate The Snow

The snow is applied by spray, it comes off in chunks and it very hard to clean up. The tree has been down for a couple of weeks and there's still little bits of snow on everything (including my new sweater which is covered in it).
The size for my small space was perfect, the setup was perfect, the lights were great (a bit annoying to have to cycle through 8 settings to turn it on and off but all were great options).
The only thing is do not buy the one with fake snow sprayed all over it!

Q: Why is this tree so wobbly? I don’t mean at the bottom, I’ve turned the screws as much as possible but where the tree pieces connect they fit in so loose it just leans to one side no matter what I do

A: My experience with most all products from that country of manufacture is not good. It’s all made to break and usually poor quality. Mine is pretty good. I do not take mine apart, so what I did was epoxy or glue the sections together and it seems a bit better.

Q: The tree stand/tree is not stable and quite wobbly. Did anyone figure out a trick to stabilize it?

A: Just figured it out! They have the pole that goes into the stand wrapped with evergreen wire. It’s stopping the tree from going all the way in the stand . I unwrapped a bunch at the bottom and the tree slid into the stand opening. It’s now standing straight and stable.

A: The bulbs are not replaceable as they are an integral part of the wiring harness of the tree. Not to worry though as they are LED and should last for many years.

Q: The bottom section of my tree doesn’t light up when connected. The two upper parts are. Does this mean I need to exchange it for another one or am I somehow connecting it wrong?

A: If you have the two sections plugged in they should work. If they don't, I would exchange it. The tree is actually quite nice.

Q: Does the NOMA Bennett tree (flocked or not) 'remember' the last colour mode selected next time the tree is powered on? Or do you have to go through the different colour options again?

A: I have to go through all the colours to power it off. Then the same to power on.

A: Hello, there is no extension plug from the tree for a tree topper. However, you can plug one in from a socket to light up the tree topper at the back of the tree.
