Did not fit

Bought these lights for an overhead fixture that had 6 year old gu10 bulbs. When I got home I found that the PAR16 size did not fit the the fixture. The bulbs were too long. Had to return them as Canadian Tire did not have the size I needed. I had to go to a lighting store to get the right size. Very strange as the last time I bought bulbs from Canadian Tire (6 years ago) they fit. It looks like the standard size at CT is PAR 16, so check the length of your bulbs before taking these GU10's home.

Nice light output. Unfortunately will not work with fixtures that have a finish ring on the fixture. Not true to size.

A: I have been using them on my range hood for at least 6 months of heavy stove usage (including canning, so a lot of heat and steam) with no issues.

Q: The packaging says to check with Canadian Tire online for dimmers that are compatible with these bulbs. Where can I find this information? My dimmers work with these bulbs but are older and in need of replacement.
