Q: Do these LED bulbs cast any light to the side, within the globe they are in? Original 50 Watt halogen GU10s did this, making the glass globes of track light heads glow, while conventional GU10 LED replacements cast all light forward, leaving globes dark.

The 3000k soft white seems much closer to a yellow 2700k than I expected compared to other 3000k bulbs in my house

Perfect LED replacement for the haleogen bulbs in my kitchen fixture. No need to replace the fixture as it works perfect over our kitchen sink and food preparation area. I was presently surprised to find the new LED bulbs with the proper base to fit the older haleogen fixture. The fixture was also purchased at Canadian Tire a few years ago. It was what we were looking for and at a reasonable price. Always check Canadian Tire first . Good selection of products for your home, helpful staff and a Great Canadian Company. Keep our money in Canada for all Canadians . If you don’t already have a Triangle Mastercard, get one today as you are losing out on all the benefits .

Hard to install & constantly burning out in new fixture I bought. I ended up tossing fixture and getting LED fixture, works great. Overpriced light bulbs.
