I bought it for cottage use and it's not bad. It overloads the breaker when it's on high and other things are plugged in, so if your electricals are maxed, be aware this might be an issue. Very quiet oscillation and throws good heat in a small heat. We used it to augment the wood burning stove.

“Full of hot air” is not a bad thing.

It’s a simple, classic design, but it works well, and spreads heat into the room as the fan turns back and forth.
