Q: Is this a LED lamp? What wattage and base type bulb is required?

A: My bulb lasted only ONE year. The LED is a board soldered to 2 wires. Replacing is not easy unless you are handy with a soldering iron. I'm going to toss the lamp into the bin.

The NOMA LED Clip-On Desk Lamp features an integrated LED bulb, which means the light source is built into the fixture and not designed to be replaced like a traditional bulb. While this design helps extend lifespan and reduce maintenance, it can be frustrating if the lamp stops working prematurely. If yours failed early, that’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. It does come with a 1-year exchange warranty through Canadian Tire, so you may be eligible for a replacement or you can contact us via email at info@globe-electric.com or give us a call at 1-888-543-1388. Q: Why does this lamp in white get 5 stars and the same lamp (which inexplicably on the website is a separate lamp even though it’s just a different colour?!?!) in black get only 3???? They would perform the same way!
