I bought this for my basement so my disabled sister, who uses crutches, could access the utility room without worrying about turning on lights. It works great. Turns on when you get near it and stays on long enough.

Q: Would this unit work if it was installed inside the house, against a window ? I know the solar panel collects energy through a window, but I would like to install the sensor and LEDs inside, by a window, instead of screwing it outside....

Q: My light has been exactly as expected except for the lighting itself.. it’ll light up maybe 7 out of 10 brightness rating but dims to 2/3 out of 10 brightness rating… is it supposed to be doing this or do I need to return this one for a replacement?

Q: the lux dial turned on full still lights up during the day killing the battery by the time night comes. The toggle is in the auto and should only be coming on dusk to dawn. How do you take it off "test mode"???? called noma, sent battery, didnt help......

Q: How do you turn it off and on and to auto? Do you twist it or turn it or what? And how do you know whether it is in the off, on, or auto position?
