Not honouring warranty promises

I bought a similar bulb from Canadian Noma brand that promised a 10 year warranty. The bulbs (2 of them) failed after 7-8years. The box mentions to bring it back to the place of purchase if the bulb fails. I brought it back with a receipt to the exact Canadian Tire location but they refused to provide any assistance with the warranty. They told me to call Noma. When I called Noma regarding the product, I was passed to another department and no one answers the phone, I am required to just leave a message. Since leaving 3 messages, no one has called me back. Canadian tire does not honour their “warranty” at all.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Broken knob on lamp, had to return it.

Had to return it, as the knob at the top of the shade was completely broken off. Took it back to the store where I got a refund. However, they refused to refund me the delivery charge. This was unfair as I got the lamp in good faith, got it delivered and it was unusable because of the broken knob. Very disappointed in Canadian Tire!

Q: Can these bulbs used as replacement bulbs for outdoor lights? The outdoor lights we currently have are not LED and we would like to replace them with LED lights.

Q: Greetings! We bought this 2-pack for our desk lamp and neither work but on older incandescent bulb does. They do work in a different lamp. The base (connector) on these bulbs don't protrude as much as regular bulbs. Specs issue? What can we do?
