Clearance items

I bought a box of lightbulbs that were on clearance. The box was basically falling apart before I tried to pick it up. Beware of buying clearance items from Canadian Tire. Stay clear of clearance items and punish them by not buying their regular priced items until they get their act together.

Noma 60 watt light bulbs.

I really liked how bright these bulbs were especially in bathroom light bars. Very reasonably priced and from previous experience with Noma bulbs,they last longer.

Q: Are these ok for exterior use? Specifically, in pot lights (open at the bottom, lights sit inside) installed in an overhang above garage door. The lights are sheltered from direct weather conditions, although would be subject to wind/ cold.
