Bad Noma 9V batteries.

I bought these Noma 9V batteries for my 2 fire alarms. I opened them up, tried them and they didn’t work. I returned them to the Fenlon Falls store 2 days after purchasing and was told they did not take batteries back after the packaging had been opened. I asked to see a manager and she at least said she would exchange them. I wasn’t about to take the same brand so I purchased another brand for $10.00 more. All batteries were on sale when I originally purchased them but I was not offered the sale price. The new batteries which were Energizer worked just fine.
