Doesn’t last more than 1-2 years. Do not recommend

Worked great for a year or so until it suddenly died. Same error message as others have reported. Definitely wouldn’t buy again, knowing it doesn’t last much more than a year.

Dead after 2 years

Disappointing longevity for the price. It was a good oven at first, but after just two years the fan stopped working. The warranty is only one year...which says a lot about how little confidence the company has in its own product quality. An expensive purchase to fail so soon. Buyer beware.

I've been a loyal Ninja fan for years, owning the smaller 8qt air fryer for four years and using it at least three times a week. While it served me well, I was looking for a new air fryer with stainless steel accessories to reduce my Teflon usage. After some research, I found the Ninja Foodi 10-in-1 XL Pro, and I'm thrilled. Although the included accessories are non-stick, I was able to find suitable aftermarket alternatives. This air fryer is a game-changer - it's massive, cooks like a mini oven, and can handle large dishes like a whole turkey. I love that I can cook multiple dishes at once, and the results are consistently amazing, easy, and delicious. The machine itself looks sleek and sits proudly on my counter. If you're in the market for a new air fryer, I highly recommend the Ninja Foodi 10-in-1 XL Pro. You won't regret it!
