Best appliance we've ever owned

Probably the handiest appliance we've ever used. To be able to cook two different things at different temperatures at the same time is amazing. We might never use our stove again. My only disappointment with this machine is you have to do multiple loads to cook enough food to feed all those kids. It cooks best with small single layered loads for faster and even cooking. For some reason I believed you could throw a bag of fries and chicken nuggets in it and supper was served. However tedious the smaller loads are it really cooks food better than the oven. All those frozen quick foods like fries, fish sticks and chicken nuggets turn out better than any oven baked versions we used to have. If you like mozzarella sticks, this will be your best friend. Great appliance. Easy to clean, don't find it overly noisy and when done cooking with it it easily fits into one of our lower cupboards.

I bought mine months ago and didn't open it right away, I used it for about a month now and Im glad I did! It make cooking hastle free. Cleaning is easy too. Highly recommended!

I love this air fryer. I purchased it thinking it would be another thing sitting in my cupboard never to be used but it has been on my kitchen counter from the day I purchased it and it is being used every day! I rarely use my oven anymore. It cooks quickly and the clean up is a breeze. Can't say enough about it. I've also gotten 2 of my friends to purchase one and they love it as well. Would highly recommend!

Q: Can only one basket be used or will the other basket heat regardless ? Can this be programmed to use only one basket?

A: You can use one basket without using the other basket. The other basket you aren’t using won’t heat up at all. You can also use both at the same time. You can also use both and finish at separate times (example, I’m making something and someone else wants to make something during my cooking time). Lastly, you can make two separate things but set the baskets to finish at the exact same time (example, one meal with two different things. Basket one will take 25 minutes and basket two will take 15 minutes. I can put both in at the same time, set the time for both but tell the air fryer to finish both at the same time. Basket one will start and at 10 minutes in, basket two will then start to ensure both are hot and ready to go at the end of 15 minutes).

Q: I have the NINJA single air fryer and no issues with plugging it in. I just upgraded to the XL Dual and CANNOT get it to plug into an outlet in my kitchen. I can plug it into the plug on my island but no wall plug on counter. Can anyone tell me why?
