Er4 error code

Was working good, until I just got a code the flashes saying "ER4 please call customer service". From what I can gather online it says it's over heating or I have a faulty sensor and well this thing does not come apart and it will cost more to take it in for repair than what I paid for it. I agree with other reviews access to clean or repair is impossible do not recommend at all.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Impossible to Clean

I've had this for roughly a year, and it worked great, until it hasn't. It is SO hard to clean everything. It gets coated in a film of oil so easily and honestly it looks disgusting at this point. I love the versatility of this unit, but despise how dirty it can get, and you can't wipe everything out. Crumbs/grease/grime get stuck in the heating elements and it has become so grungy. Although I love the idea behind it and not having to use the big oven for things is great, I don't like the lack of cleanliness this unit has. I'm debating on going back to baskets as they can be soaked in the sink at least.

A: The internal dimensions of the bottom Ninja Oven and Air Fryer are 11.69" in Lx 12.57" in W x 5.1 in H. You can certainly cook two 12 in pizzas at the same time. However, the space will be too reduced between both pizzas.
