A: The Napoleon Entice 42-inch Wall Mount Electric Fireplace is an electric fireplace and does not have any venting requirement, whether top or bottom The heat is released from the Front/top grill vents only. Installation options include wall hanging, partially recessed, or fully recessed, but none involve ducting or venting. Thanks

Did not get what I thought I was buying bought this unit because I wanted the log look.

Liked the fireplace but didn’t get what was displayed what you sold me had no logs . Logs are a 120. dollar option .what you sold me was not what you advertised just look at the picture on this review picture it has logs mine has none.
