Super fun and easy to clean

Easy to clean and dry. It's fun for everyone. You have to re-wet the mesh with soap a few times to keep the fun going.

So it does exactly what you imagine & works great.
However you really have to blow into it & I don’t think a toddler should be blowing for that long.
