Q: I have a 2017 Toyota Hybrid, it only uses the 12 volt battery to start the engine, is this sufficient ?

4 years agoA: Yes it can. However like any other battery / booster the performance is greatly reduced at lower temperatures. Always keep it fully charged i.e. charge while driving.

A: simple manipulation. Assures toi de bien appuyer sur le bouton d'allumage. Vérifie aussi ta ta lampe est peut-être resté allumé longtemps? Vérifie aussi la corde de recharge.

Q: Does it have to be used with a battery or can it be used as a quick power source to raise a boat motor drive for example, without going through a battery?
5 months agoA: If the power pack does not detect a battery you will have to press, and hold, the manual override button. Once the manual override is turned on it can be used as a power source to raise your boat motor.

Q: They say , 23 inch leads, it doesn't look like that ? This whould be good, my other Jump Startwr leads are to short for my Toyota Corolla Cross Hybride
9 months agoA: The whole thing is 23 inches. The leads are about 12 inches. It works well but careful putting it away, the button to turn it on can be easily hit by accident when stored.

Q: I just bought the 1500 A model. The website says it will operate at -30 C. The box says -18. The manual says -20. I quote: "This product is designed to work in ambient temperatures between -20 to 50 degrees C. So? which is it? -30 -20 or -18
4 years agoA: I haven’t needed to test it out in really cold temperatures but I would always assume the worst case, which would be -18. If it does function in -20 or -30, that would be a bonus.

Q: Is the Eliminator 1500amp lithium ion battery jumper safe to use on a 12V AGM battery?
4 years agoA: 12 volts is 12volts DC, would not hesitate myself to boost a AGM battery but always best to consult the manufacturer of the battery to be sure.

Q: I looked at the output of the cigarette adapter and it has an output of 5V and 2.1 amps. Does this mean any smartphone block will work?

Q: can this used to run 12v things like a lamp, a small fan? We've been using the Mastercraft Eliminators for years at our off-grid cottage, to run 12v things like a CD player, a small reading lamp, a very small fan. The Eliminators have a plug socket to accommodate those. But the Eliminators recently have been getting terrible reviews, so I'm looking for something else. Will this do the trick? The ad mentions a USB port, but nothing specific to 12v things thns
7 years agoA: I ran a dash cam for 6mo with no problems. Directly off the battery clamps. This may or may not be recommended but I did it successfully and trust roommate much more now.
