Nowhere online does it say you can only blow it up at certain locations. Party City stores refused to blow up my balloon. Corporate needs to make it known online before purchasing the specific locations that will blow it up. They wanted to charge me more than what the balloon was worth to blow it up. Ridiculous. When I tried to return it in store, they refused to do that as well. Again, corporate needs to make this known online! I read all the fine print and return policy, and NOWHERE does it state that!

No, I do not recommend this product.
