Nice to look at, but terrible otherwise.

We installed this faucet several years ago and it has had multiple issues. About a year ago it developed a leak from the faucet. We narrowed it down to the cold side and replaced the cartridge. Now the hot side is leaking. Changing these cartridges is a major and problematic endeavor. Aside from the leaking, be aware that the recessed aerator design is beautiful, but the removal of the aerator is incredibly difficult using the ridiculous plastic tool that is supplied. We have hard water, so it is necessary to remove this at least every month or two to clean out mineral deposits. If you have hard water, do NOT buy this faucet.

Loose faucet out of the box

The handles are too close to the spout for cleaning. The FIRST time I used the faucet, the spout wiggled. A plumber installed it and even if it's under warranty I'd have to pay to have it replaced. Just wrong.
