Looks great but why oversized? The toilet paper roll has 2 inches extra room and slides around?

Very cool

This is a great way to change the paper holder. The look is great and the ease of changing the roll is nice. just pivot the bar up and slide off the old and slide back on the new roll. No more chasing the spring roller around on the floor next to the toilet when it slips or gets loose.
