I was sold a defective product that was already returned at

I opened the package and the power pack already had batteries installed (the product was 'batteries not included'). Very dishonest to put this back on the shelf and resell to me. This was an internet purchase picked up at will call at a store an hour away. The associate tried to make me take a store credit at first, but thought better of it at my insistence. The only one more disappointed than me was my 10 year old daughter who dressed as a ghostbuster for Halloween.

The costume is super cute but didn't last the first trunk or treat. After Halloween there were huge holes in the legs and it was not staying inflated.
