    Meguiar's professional line of products is meant for those who want shop quality results without any fancy smells or promises of a miracle. if doing weathered vinyl or rubber i suggest wiping down any surface with a hot damp terry cloth to remove any dirt or previous contaminants, and then proceed to apply this product by spraying on to your applicator cloth and then to the surface. spraying directly to the surface will indeed produce areas with more gloss than others. after a few minutes, to get that even coverage, quickly go over the area with a different cloth to in a sense "buff" the surface. This will produce a "professional" result. ;)

    Great for tires

    I bought this for protecting my dash but find it a bit too shiny. On a black dash it doesn't go on very even and takes me quite awhile to get a good even look to it. Kind of disappointed with it, so I'm using it on my tires and like the finish it leaves and it actually last for quite awhile. Turns the tires black but not shiny. Bought it, might as well use it up somewhere.

    I have tried a few of these products and this one is one of the better ones out there. It leaves a nice deep rich color on your vinyl's plastics and rubber's, with just a hint of sheen. Makes them look new again, maybe even a little better then new! Doesn't leave a residue to attract dust. I have since found a product that I prefer over this one, but this one is definitely a solid product, and I would use it again if I couldn't get my favorite product for some reason.

    Amazing results

    This product is amazing ! I currently own a 1987 Chrysler, Lebaron.I have tried other products to clean up the dash and also the exterior roof which is also vinyl. So far I have found this product the best. The car looks showroom presentable after applying Meguiar's.
