Q: Just bought several packages of Mega Paper Towels Pack of 8 again, only this time quality is very poor. Won't buy them again, so can anyone tell me why they changed their great strong quality, to a now much thinner and very cheap version???

A: There was a small change to the embossing pattern in a recent run on the product but did not change the strength or quality of the paper towel.

Q: I've been using this paper towel for ages. The question is why they are no longer sold in Vancouver area? The nearest shop I can find them is located somewhere in Surrey. Any chance of having some stock in Vancouver area in BC?
