shoulder strap keeps breaking from bag

I've had 4 if these over the past year and half.
very little weight inside, a few tools and fittings.
The shoulder strap keeps breaking, tearing from where its connected to the bag.
it has a 1 year exchange warranty, however, the stores only allow 1 exchange even if the exchanged bag and the first bag are only a few months old!
customer service at stores say " that's Canadian Tire policy"
I'm a senior and have been shopping at Canadian Tire for over 50 years.
this is terrible

Q: will this bag hold my 7 1/4" mastercraft skill saw??

A: Yes, it will. I put my 7 1/4 saw in to test it and it fit. The handles wrap around it just enough to carry it, and it occupies most of the bag, but there's a decent amount of open space beneath and around it to carry other small items, but space would be limited once you put the saw in.
