Unusable, needs improvements

Bought this to try out to split a few stubborn sway link nuts. On the first one, a piece of the tip chipped off. Only managed to get a dent into each nut I tried it on, not enough to actually go through and split it.
The tip also spins inside as you're tightening it down, which seems like a poor design.
It was priced low enough for me to try, but I would rather pay more for upgraded quality. This is practically unusable in my experience. Luckily, the store returned it for me no problem.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Broke With First Use

It only made a dent about 1 mm deep into the nut before the tool’s shaft snapped. Maybe someone makes a nut splitter that works, but this ain’t it. Don’t be like me and say to yourself, “This tool feels good and solid. I only have 4 sway bar link nuts to crack and I’ll be happy if it lasts that long. Maybe those other reviewers were just unlucky.” Ended up using an angle grinder.
No, I do not recommend this product.

It did its job, but..

It did its job, but the tip got dented too quickly and now it is almost useless. I was able to break around 3 nuts. But for the price, it took me out of the woods and I would pay again for it!

Poor design

A very poor design. The set screw is not strong enough to stop the shaft from rotating. In my case the set screw was sheared off. Using a threaded section in shear is poor design practice. I returned mine, but because I'd used it they would only exchange it for the same product. Good thing it was cheap.
