Q: 1/4 Staple load How do you load this thing? It says it takes 1/4" staples...the stapler model number is on the back of the staple package but they won't fit? Thanks!

A: Pull out the magazine at the rear of the stapler. Turn stapler upside down. Drop the staples inside the machine and close the magazine. Never saw a stapler load like this unit

A: Surely you don't need this answer anymore but someone else will, as I just struggled for an hour (plus an exchanged stapler) to figure it out. -push the handle towards the front of the stapler to unlock and the handle will pop up with tension. -load your staples pointy toward the bottom of the staple gun, with the magazine thing ejected. +/- thing is for how hard the staple gun hits (I think)

A: The Staples load from the bottom. They will go in upside down and the sliding mechanism will slide OVER them.

Q: How do I load the staples? I pull the handle up and pull the magazine out. I put the staples in but the magazine won't close. I know I'm using the correct type and size of staples but I can't figure out how to reload it.
