I was travelling and lost the key to my lock, locking the RV on the trailer ball. I stopped at Canadian Tire in Shawinigan and asked the service department if they could cut the lock off for me. I was prepared to pay for the service. They refused, insisting I go to the store and BUY a bolt cutter. Disappointed in the level of customer service.
