The drill seems to have a fault, when it is engaged in high speed and you release the trigger the chuck loosens up and releases the drill bit. I believe this happens because the drill stops rotating right away.

That's what I went to buy, and that's what I got. Also got a small can of metal paint for the top of my deep freeze. The clerk was trying to sell me a larger can, and I had to repeat several times that I'm NOT painting the entire deep freeze, just the top. She finally got it, but she should have been listening better from the start.

Q: The picture shows a 2.0 amp hour battery but the description says 1.5 amp hour. Which is it?

A: The set comes with 2 - 1.5 amp hour batteries. The blower whipper snipper combo comes with a 2 ah battery. I bought a 2 pack of 4 amp hr for $80.00 on sale.

Q: Are the batteries for the drills compatible with the master craft grass trimmer (060-1551-8) and leaf blower (060-1998-6)?

Q: will these batteries work with the mastercraft maximum series drill? or are they different. And what's the difference between the maximum series and the regular, is one better then the other?

A: Please use MC batteries on MC tools. A MX battery will not work on a MC tool. Mastercraft Maximum brand of tools have been discontinued.

Q: Will the 054-3125-8 20V Max 2.6Ah battery that I have for my Mastercraft 1/2" drive impact wrench work with these 2 tools. Basically are the clip connections the same for the 2.6 Ah as the smaller 1.5 Ah batteries that come with these 2 tools?

A: Yes you can. 054-3125 (2.6 Ah) battery can work with these 2 tools. The battery connections of these tools are the same, accepting all Mastercraft 20V max Li-ion batteries from 1.5 Ah to 4.0 Ah (1.3 Ah, 1.5 Ah, 2.6 Ah, 3.0 Ah, 2.0 Ah, 4.0 Ah).
