A: you don't need to remove any screw for daily use. Just take out the basket by pulling the handle, it can be detach from the drawer.

A: Hi, on the control panel, some icons are not buttons, like the fish icon, shrimp icon, steak icon, etc., These are preset menu and you can select it by pressing the M button. Hope this can help on your question, if still a problem, you can return the product to CTC store. The warranty is 1 year.

Q: If the manual says you cannot cook frozen foods why does it say you can cook 700 grams of frozen fries?

A: Most frozen french fries are precooked and not frozen raw, If the food you are cooking is cooked and then frozen after the cooking process, the food is safe. What they mean by not cooking frozen, is RAW food, such as frozen raw meat as it might not cook thoroughly and you may get sick!
