These are quite possibly the poorest quality decorations. The lights broke as I was attaching the hats, didn’t even get to hang them up. It seems like there was a faulty connection because all wires were still intact. Extremely disappointed.

Nice idea, cheaply made. Ties were not fully sewn on 3 (!!!) hats + they are made of slippery material that even if you make a knot, they come apart.

No, I do not recommend this product.
