Man, this stuff held my

Man, this stuff held my life together on a 30 mile rigorous backpacking trip in the White Mountains, which took 3. 5 days. I have an extremely weak right ankle which generally sprains if I look at it wrong. Bad terrain can be disastrous if I’m not being extremely careful with where I step. I got this and taped it up before hand, and I have no idea how this stuff works but it really provided not only pain relief, but stability too? Not sure how tape can do that but it HELPED. I ended up needing to apply it to my other ankle, my elbow, and my left hip flexor. I looked ridiculous at the end of the trip but my body held out pretty well. This stuff literally held it together. I cannot stress how good this stuff is.
