Hello Tica, this is Lisa with Kohler Co. I am sorry to hear of the concerns with your Riff® kitchen faucet. If there is debris / sediment that is clogged in the sprayhead, these kinds of symptoms can occur. I would recommend removing the sprayhead from the hose and soaking the sprayhead in a solution of white vinegar and water (50/50 mixture) for approximately 20-30 minutes. After that time, you can reattach your sprayhead to the hose and run your finger over the nozzles on the sprayhead face, while running water through it again. This should resolve what was occurring.
