I’ve recently purchased the Kitchenaid Artisan stand mixer and I’ve used it so far to make bread dough and desserts this weekend. So far so good and I chose the Pistachio colour.. love it! (This mixer does better making one loaf only, bread at a time) It’s great! YouTube has may tips and recipes.

A: I had to google it to find out because despite placing one order for pick up in mid November and them saying it's in stock, I still haven't got it. So placed another order to ship to my house a couple of weeks ago and still haven't got it. But answer is, it's metal!
