I am a rookie in the kitchen, from sourdough bread to chocolate chip cookies, this mixer is bar none. Effortless to operate, easy to clean and with the option to add attachments, this mixer is my go to not only for baking but for breakfast lunch and dinner too.

I make sourdough bread regularly and the mixer mixes and kneads the dough effortlessly and quickly. Have also used the wire whip attachment for other items. Wish I had purchased this Mixer a long time ago.
