Missing pieces, taking forever to get replacements

We bought this set in June and assembled immediately which was very labour intensive and difficult but this was expected based off other reviews. We are missing several parts and reached out to Kidkraft promptly to request replacement parts. It's been over two months and none of the parts have even been shipped despite ongoing communication and follow up prompted from our end to Kidkraft. We have now been told all the missing parts are on backorder and to reach out to Canadian Tire to see if they can replace the parts if they have an open box...Very disappointed in the (lack of) customer service and absolutely nothing has been done to resolve the problem other than telling us to wait longer. Very frustrated and wish we didn't buy this set

Great swingset for young kids.

Had this for just over 10 years. My husband weed whacked around it and the legs were degraded (possibly termite damage), lasted 5 kids close in age, oldest is 12 and loved every minute of it.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: Can this be assembled without the Monkey Bars part? Or will that affect it's stability/safety? It's about the space issue - also can be put together in a different orientation?

A: We put it up without and just added some more cedar boards to enclose the back of the Fort part and it’s stable and secure
