Decent for the price point; add pool noodles for safety

This is our second one; for the price point it is decent quality. To avoid broken springs hitting your child I highly recommend tying pool noodles all the way around the interior - works really well to keep them safe.

I bought this for my granddaughters and it’s perfect. It’s a good, sturdy trampoline and I feel that the kids are safe while jumping around and having fun! Highly recommended!!

Great but.....

I was excited to get it for my daughter for the summer. The price was right, the size is perfect, BUT it is way too complicated to put together the instructions, make NO sense, nothing is marked, and we had to take it apart and redo it 3 times!
1. DO NOT THROW THE FOAM OUT. It's for the net posts
2. Write numbers on all of your parts before putting them together
3. Place all the parts in the proper locations before you start building
but other than that my daughter LOOOOVVES it, and for the sale price it's worth it

A: This is an excellent product. It is suitable for 2 children 4 and 6. It would not be great for a larger group but my two grandchildren are enjoying this product safely and with plenty of room. The trampoline doesn't have a large footprint, so only about 10 feet is needed. I was worried that it would be too large as we have a small yard, but it fits a smaller space.

A: When you call the toll free number, in addition to the Cdn Tire part number, Jumptek customer support will ask you for the trampoline manufacturing date. The date is located on a label that is stuck to one of the trampoline support legs.

A: Try just using pool noodles! Cut them lengthwise. I would measure your current foam to know the exact size.

Q: Does this trampoline come with some sort of video game called Tgoma? If so, what is this? Can you describe the game and what is necessary to set-it-up?

A: There are specific tgoma game systems designed to fit each Springfree Trampoline model. Four sensors on the jumping mat connect wirelessly via Bluetooth to a tablet where games are played. Once you download the tgoma app from the App Store or Google Play Store, you must select the correct trampoline to insure the game is setup correctly.

Q: Can the legs be adjusted? My backyard has a slope and I would like to adjust the legs so the trampoline surface is flat, though the ground is sloped.

A: My child is four and loves it. The saftey netting is a great feature and the springs are located outside the jumping surface. Impossible to get your leg stuck in the springs
