We bought this trampoline summer of 2024, my kids loves it but we already noticed some cracks on the metal frames. Very disappointed on this product as we cannot exchange it anymore because it's over a year already.

A: Thanks. I guess I should have gone for larger. It won’t be much bigger then the 12ft one they had. The 12 foot trampoline mat is 12 Feet and with the frame it is 13 1/2. They will be very disappointed. I haven’t set it up yet. I may still return it and try and get larger

Q: Can I leave this out for the winter. Are there any issues of rust or deterioration of the plastic with freeze-thaw?

A: I left mine out. It’s fine, but absolutely shortens the life of the jumping surface. I made a point to shovel large heavy snowfall off, and shovel off before a melt. Seems like a lot to take down every winter/summer season for those that are busy.
