Very Large Earbuds

The sound is great but the size of these earbuds are so huge that they don’t even fit in my ears. I actually have them away. I sure wish someone would have left a review like this so I could have been warned and got the tiny pair.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. The sound isn’t loud at all and has progressively gotten lower after each use. It’s only been a couple weeks. Waste of money

i take them everywhere

have tested the waterproof feature in moderate rain, no audio issues after 30min walk. the rubber u-shape bit behind the tip keeps it in your ear very securely. was a bit painful at times on the left ear, cuz i wear them for multiple hours a day, ive since gotten used to it. my one complaint is that when u have connectivity issues and they disconnect, then reconnect, the audio becomes desynced between the left and right earbuds

A: Yes, our JBL Endurance Race has a Dual Connect feature in which you can either use the right or left earbud in Mono Mode. Please note that they are sold in pairs and we do not sell individual earbuds.

A: Thanks for your question. Our JBL Endurance Race has an IP67 rating, making it waterproof up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. You can swim laps with them, but prolonged use beyond 30 minutes or deeper than 1 meter is not recommended.

A: Thank you for your question. Our JBL Headphones App includes a "Find My Buds" feature, allowing you to locate your JBL Endurance Race TWS if it's been misplaced. Please remember that this feature requires the earbuds to be turned on and connected to your mobile device to be found.

Q: How should I store my headphones when not in use? Everytime I go to use them, the battery is dead. Currently storing them on the case. I'm not using them frequently but it's a frustrating exercise every time I do.

A: Thanks for your inquiry. You can use the Auto-off function via the JBL Headphone app. If the charging case of your JBL Endurance Race TWS is not charging, try to use a different charger, adapter or outlet, and clean the charging port if there is a speck of dirt. If the buds are not charging, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. Q: Case not charging. Checked inside the charging port and cleaned it there is no debris inside and the case will not charge or turn on. The earbuds work fine it’s just the case.

A: Thanks for reaching out. Our JBL Endurance Race has an Ambient Aware and TalkThru feature which keeps you alert to your surroundings while listening to music. It doesn't have a Noise Cancelling feature. You might want to check other models of our JBL TWS earbuds.
