Machine stopped working after 7 days. Electrical issue. Smell burning. Called Horizon Warranty who said I’d hear from someone in 10 days. It’s been 14 days now and haven’t heard back. Now have a treadmill upstairs in my house that’s garbage. Canadian Tire did nothing wrong. They are great. Horizon is terrible and their product is bad.

I don’t write reviews but I can’t help myself. Don’t waste your money, mine randomly started turning off after 4 months wouldn’t operate more than 20 minutes, the smell of burning is insane from the motor area. Horizon was sort of helpful at the start and did send a new motor and circuit board that you have to install your self. After I installed them the problem actually got even worse ! It runs for no more than 6 minutes and the smell of burning is twice as bad as before. Canadian tire doesn’t care, horizon gave me a contact for a repair ….I reached out to them and for them to show up at my door because there an hour way is $405.00….that doesn’t include actually fixing the machine. I got scammed out of $1000.00 don’t be a victim too!!! Spend the extra and get. Peloton.

This is hands down the worst treadmill I have ever owned. Within 2-3 uses the belt split in half from what I assume is the pulleys not lining up properly. After a a painful exchange through phone and email to customer service they not only couldn’t provide a technician to repair it but sent me the belt and a link to a YouTube video.
The treadmill is lightly used and there has been nothing but problems with the belt and questionable noises from god knows what internally, even after sending pictures of what I considered the issue ( the pulleys not lining up perfectly) I was told that is normal. Three years later of hardly any use it is heading to the junk yard as there are no solutions, warranty, or technicians available.
I will never purchase a product from this company/brand again.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: The machine has a normal sound. For me it’s not noisy, but it will depend where you install it. I just have one day using it.

A: Generally, the cheaper the treadmill the costlier the treadmill will be because you will need to service it on a more regular basis. Chances are you will need to purchase again in 2 years' time. I would highly recommend that you spend more money, as well make sure the company has the ability to send out a service provider to cover any warranties

A: Hello! Thank you for checking. We recommend moving the unit as a whole, preferably while still in box. Please reference your owner's manual for additional assembly instructions. Please see excerpt below: "Never open box when it is upside down or on its side. Once the red banding straps have been removed, do not lift or transport this unit unless it is fully assembled and in the upright folded position, with the lock latch secure. Unpack and assemble the unit where it will be used."

Q: With my old horizon treadmill, in order to lubricate the belt I had to loosen the belt so much that it was more than a pain in the butt to align the belt again. How is this one for lubrication services?

A: Of course, I can't comment on your old treadmill, but this one is lubricated by loosening the belt and applying the lube under it. Doesn't seem to be an easier way.
