Hoover OnePwr Emerg Pet vs Noma Surface Elite Pet

I exchanged a Noma surface elite for this Hoover emerg pet cordless vacuum. I've used it once and am glad I followed my gut. (I have a Hoover wind tunnel lite corded vac and it's proved very reliable.) There is no trouble with this cordless version changing from hard floor to carpet. The Noma would stop on a carpet and often lost suction as the initial filter would hold all the dirt and not drop it to the bin. Dust leaked all around filters as well. The cyclone action is really effect on the Hoover and I expect this to be a keeper. Will review again in a few weeks!

Battery

I do not have this particular model but I do have the Hoover Blade which apparently, they do not make anymore. The battery stopped charging and can't find one anywhere, not even from Hoover. Keep that in mind and appears the batterys are almost as much as the vacuum. Im so sad I love that thing!!!

Q: I purchased this vacuum during Black Friday in 2023, and about three months after purchase, the tube in the floor head tore. I temporarily repaired it with tape, but over time the damage has worsened — it has now split completely and is no longer usable.

Q: What type of filter is it? Is it a hepa filter?
