Q: I bought this unit about 3 weeks ago. The switch is finicky and doesn't turn on as stated. To turn off, your supposed to press and hold for 3 seconds and that doesn't work either. I'm returning unit as malfunctioning.

A: Hi I have owned my unit for several months and love it....I use the remote to switch it on and off and it works perfectly..I was worried about the remote as I am in my late 70's and not the most technically adept person...but I have found the unit easy to use, fairly quiet and it does a great job of cleaning the air.

Worst air purifier you can get

I hate this thing so much . It started making noise around 6 month in, now I'm 2 years in and it's making at least 3 different noises, it's crazy how loud that thing is and it's always on auto . I tried to clean it in tons of way and you can't really clean it, you need to dismantle the whole thing and the screw are really inaccessible. I give it 1 star because at least it works ok . STAY AWAY FROM THIS, ITS THE WORST AIR PURIFIER EVER.

HEPA keeps the house fresh

Works really nice with a mix of different modes. Bought this during a wildfire smokey period and it helped keep the house nice and fresh. Really quiet and easy to use.
