I put this on top of my glass top stove aimed at the rest of the medium living room. I like that it oscillates. It says it has two motors and “BIG HEAT” on the package, but I did not find that it generated a large amount of heat. I had it on at least four hours on high and it did warm up the room some, but not what I expected. Pluses— totally quiet, very wide range of oscillation. My furnace quit for a week but it was only -1 to 4° outside. If it had been in the -20s or more, this heater would not have been able to keep up. In that kind of weather it might be good for a bedroom..

Worked great for 1 season(my experience with other Honeywell products as well). Its seems that there is a lifespan of 1-2 seasons. Planned obsolescence seems to be a quality of these products. I’ll be buying other brands from now on. Noma products have been pretty reliable, so I’d go for that(or any other brand that is not Honeywell). I just wanted to inform people
