Worked fine. Used rarely. Stopped after 2 summers

We were very pleased with this initially and it worked fine for 2 summers. It was used very very rarely as there was decent airflow in our house. Now it only blows the fan. Did all the troubleshooting. The compressor is on, but no cold air. Disappointing that nothing lasts anymore.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this a year ago, I have it set at 16’ Celsius at high speed, not cooling, filters clean, no debris clogging exhaust. Mad at this purchase. Mad because everything used to be made with quality

Draws more power than nameplate rating

Not suitable for a 15amp breaker. Replaced the unit 3 separate times and continues to trip the breaker. Continue to get the run around from Hisense about returning the unit.

Terrible, do not recommend

I bought this unit a week ago and today it no long cools, the whole reason I bought it. I checked all the filters and intake as the manual instructs you to but they are practically brand new still and not even dirty. Highly disappointed in this product as now I am out the money and unit in a heat wave, hopefully the support team is able to come up with some sort of solution to remedy this. I would highly suggest looking at another unit and brand as this could potential be an issue across all units, save your the the trouble and frustration.

A: It doesn't - just a black circle. Also to note - my unit set it's own plug on fire while running in the middle of the night. I'd strongly suggest not to purchase it, or other hisense units.

A: This is a 3 in 1 unit. AP1021CW1G. The dual hose portable air conditioner is not available from Canadian Tire at this time.

A: The unit will not be adequately able to cool the room unless the included window kit and exhaust hose are installed correctly.

A: No, it's a max of 450sqft you would probably need at least 14,000 BTU or multiple ACs to cover that amount of space. It cools our bedroom quite nicely which is probably just a bit bigger than 400sqft.

Q: I recently bought this Hisense SACC Smart 10,000BTU air conditioner. I need to place it on a raised small surface near the window. I need to remove the four rolling casters on its bottom so that it doesn't roll off the small surface. Can anyone advise

A: Floors are always an issue :) especially at my house. I buy a dollar store bathroom mat w/ a rubber back and park the unit on that. seems to have worked for every year i use my ac's
