For anyone who needs to secure something important, like a towel rack or medicine cabinet, and there is no wood or metal to screw into, only a hollow drywall-covered wall or ceiling, then these drive wall anchors are the best choice. Always remember to insert them all the way into the drywall, then tighten the machine screw completely, but don't overtighten, or you will strip the threads. Once it is tightened, a flat "pancake" is formed, hidden behind the drywall, when the device collapses into itself. Remove the machine screw and then reattach it and tighten it after you connect the towel rack, medicine cabinet, or whatever. When you pull too hard on a towel, for instance, the towel rack will not come out of the wall.

Complete garbage!!!

Complete garbage!!! And employee told me to get those, that they're the best. Easy to push in he said, just slightly tap it it the drywall he said, and the instructions said the same thing. Followed instructions to the letter, and slightly tapping it in never worked. Ended up breaking in two into the drywall. Tried on another wall with drywall also to see if I did it wrong. Again it broke in half after I followed the instruction. Don't waste your money!!!
