Bigger than expected; heavy-duty hinges

I bought this online and when I picked it up, it was huge! It would be really helpful if there was a diagram - or at least a description - of dimensions. Simply saying 4" is not useful. I even went to the manufacturer's website and they didn't have it either. That said, I can still use them - so far, they seem quite stiff but I'm hoping with time and WD40 they'll swing smoothly.

Gate hinge kit

Gate hinge kit works well except they only supply tapered head screws which don’t work on the latch part of the kit. Should supply pan head screws. 2 different types of screws.
