Hi Mountain Sweet & Spicy Blend Jerky Kit is a beautiful marriage of two great tastes. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat you choose. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat. Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.

I purchased this product to make deer jerky and it came out with very little to no flavor ,wasted 5 lbs of meat. I have tried this product along time ago and had similar results. Never again.
