J’ai remplacé ma vieille poêle Héritage The Rock par une nouvelle semblable. Ma vieille, que je vais conserver, a le fond un peu bombé vers l’intérieur, ce qui distribue mon gras de cuisson vers le contour. Ceci complique un brunissage des aliments. Mais je n’ai jamais eu de meilleure poêle. C’est pourquoi que je m’en suis procurer une autre. J’aime beaucoup l’épaisseur de la surface de cuisson. J’en ai offert une à ma fille en cadeau de Noël.
