Does what it says with issues

I rated a 3 because the manual instructions are not clearly outlined. There's a rough and I mean very rough outline for cooking. If you didn't want to steam rice, but cook it like using a pot or simple rice cooker, 5 stars, but not clearly outlining steaming makes rice uncooked or mushy we haven't found a good in-between yet.
