Disappointed

I was excited about getting this product but was so disappointed when it was received as it didn't light up. I had ordered it online for curbside pick up so I wasn't able to test it before purchasing. Very disappointed that the employee who placed this in my order didn't check before putting it in my order. I liked the look of the product.

I bought this for my mother in law who is retiring this month. It's cute but for some reason is not turning on. It's a little disappointing because I had purchased this for her to wear at her retirement dinner.
