    Easy to use. Lightweight, compact, and durable. Only downside is the hard plastic grips, they can get a little uncomfortable after prolonged use.

    I purchased these to help develope my grip strength for Judo. The tension is a good and comfortable amount. The fore grip is comfortable but the way in which the rear grip curves makes it feel like it's going to slip out of your hand sometimes. The price, however, makes my one small criticism easy to swallow. It's price tag is very reasonable and, so, i would definitely recommend these to anyone looking to improve their grip strength.

    Smaller than I thought they would be. Grips also too thin and molded, not "padded". Combination of these two factors make the grips uncomfortable to use.
