This is not a Smart Bulb at all

I just bought these light bulbs and they are not smart bulbs at all...the website promotes them as smart bulbs but the box does not and you cannot pair them at all. I went into the store to buy them...nobody could find them and then bought them online and went back to the store only to come home and realize these are just regular bulbs...nothing smart about them at all....what a huge waste of my time. Please Canadian Tire know what you are selling.
