Bought this today for work. I have a few gerber products and have been happy with my purchase. This one is just average. Knife is not sharp and locking mechanism does not lock tight. I’m not sure if I got a dud, but I’m not impressed…

Gerber are a quality blade and function, until you are trying to close this particular model. I am unable to keep my fingers out of the handle holes when closing, cut myself twice. Maybe your fingers won't it could just be me. I'm a fan of Gerber knives but not this particular style.
